E&S Tool & Calibration Services, LLC is a precision services company based in Pasadena, Texas, serving the Greater Houston area, Gulf Coast, and Louisiana. We specialize in NIST-traceable calibration services, industrial equipment rentals, and tool sales — delivering fast, accurate, and reliable solutions to refineries, pipeline contractors, mechanical contractors, and turnaround specialists.
Our roots trace back to 2020, when the business was founded as Sergeant McPherson LLC — built on a commitment to dependable calibration and tool rental services for the maintenance and turnaround industry. Following an acquisition in April 2025, the company was rebranded as E&S Tool & Calibration Services, LLC, reflecting expanded capabilities, new leadership, and a renewed investment in facilities, digital systems, and personnel. While the name is new, our values and service excellence remain unchanged.
Today, E&S operates a full in-house calibration lab and rental warehouse — stocked and ready for same-day fulfillment. Whether you're mobilizing for a major shutdown or need a single precision instrument for a critical job, we deliver fast, dependable equipment and services when and where you need them.
